Katy Ford is Insafe’s Deputy Managing Director and has been with the company for 19 years. Katy works closely with the Senior Board on all aspects of the business, as well as building existing and new customer relationships and managing the Post Office account.

Jenny Cooper is Insafe’s  Director of Private Clients & Insurance Liaison and has been with the company for fourteen years. 

Having been working in the industry for thirty years and being a member of the Master Locksmith Association for twenty-five, Danny’s experience is exceptional.

One of Insafe’s longest serving members of staff, Phil Marsden first joined Insafe 30 years ago when the company was based in a small office in Warren Street, London.

Andy Lucas is one of Insafe’s talented Field Service Engineers at the heart of the business. Having started his career at Insafe over seven years ago as part of the safe crew, delivering and installing all safes, Andy then trained and progressed onto becoming an Engineer. 

Kimberley Stevens is Insafe’s Deputy Director of Service Delivery and has been with the company for five years. 

Kimberley’s main role is overseeing the daily operation of the service team, creating a productive working environment for the team. She’s also the direct escalation point for customers, the service team and field-based engineers.
